The tool is a starting point

Mix Therapy provides digital estimates for acrylic paint mixing. Actual results vary with pigment chemistry, brand, opacity, medium, surface, lighting, camera color and dry shift. Always test a small swatch before mixing a large batch or applying paint to important work.

Your account and studio

You may use the core workbench without an account. If you enable account sync, you are responsible for maintaining access to your Google account and for the content you save. Do not use Mix Therapy to store unlawful, harmful or infringing material.

Studio Pro subscription

Studio Pro is a digital service; no shipping or physical delivery is involved. The current price is USD $3.99 per month plus applicable taxes. Stripe shows the exact total before you subscribe and processes the payment on our behalf.

Your subscription renews automatically each month using the payment method held by Stripe until you cancel. Studio Pro access begins after Stripe confirms payment. If a payment becomes past due, a limited grace period may apply before the account returns to the Free plan.

Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal, available from Manage billing in your Mix Therapy account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and Studio Pro remains available until that period ends.

Subscription charges are non-refundable after a billing period begins, except where required by applicable law. If you believe a charge was made in error or duplicated, contact support@mixtherapy.space within 14 days of the charge. We will review the billing record and issue any refund that is legally required or appropriate for a confirmed billing error to the original payment method.

Guided Mix pilot

Guided Mix is a limited, manually assisted digital service separate from Studio Pro. A pilot case includes an initial acrylic starting recipe and up to three correction rounds based on the information and real-swatch observations you provide. It does not include physical paint, shipping or a guarantee of an exact color match.

Sending a request does not reserve a place and does not create a payment obligation. If Mix Therapy accepts the case, we confirm the scope and send a one-time Stripe payment link for US$19. The payment does not renew and does not grant Studio Pro entitlement. Work begins only after payment and receipt of the agreed inputs.

If Mix Therapy cannot begin an accepted case, the one-time pilot payment will be refunded to the original payment method. After work begins, refunds are considered for duplicate charges, failure to provide the agreed service and any rights required by applicable law. Because physical results depend on paint, surface, lighting, measurement and user technique, a color difference by itself does not establish that the service was not provided.

Availability and changes

We may improve, replace, limit or discontinue features. Early-access and experimental features may change without notice. We work to keep the service available and data safe, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every estimate will suit a particular painting process.

Intellectual property

You keep ownership of your paintings, photos, notes and other original content. Mix Therapy and its interface, code, branding and original written material remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Affiliate recommendations

Some links are affiliate links. Mix Therapy may receive a commission from qualifying purchases without increasing the listed price for you. Product availability, pricing and suitability are controlled by the retailer.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Mix Therapy is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for lost materials, artwork, profits, data or other indirect damages arising from use of the tool. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
